Andy is General Manager at The National Institute of First Aid Trainers, an organisation dedicated to the professional development of first aid educators. He was involved in the last round of updates to the first aid units of competency and chaired the First Aid Industry Reference Committee with Skills IQ. In addition to owning and operating his own RTO for the past 15 years, Andy consults with training providers and educational institutions across Australia. Andy has been in the first aid space most of his life. Previously he has worked in both the public and private health sectors in the UK and Australia including voluntary work in Event Health Services as the State Operations Officer (Major Events) for St John Ambulance, QLD.
